​In many impoverished areas of Costa Rica, most children will not complete the third grade due to economic reasons.  This opens the door for many children to a life of drugs, violence, stealing and prostitution with never a chance to better themselves in life through education. 

 

In 2015 we started a new project!  We have almost completed the building of a school called the "Castillo de Ninos", or "Castle for the Children" where children can continue their education before and after school.  This will help single parents who cannot otherwise afford for their kids to be in day care.  At this point we still need to install the doors and windows.  We are raising money this year to complete these final stages, as well as raising money to fix the Pastor's roof that oversee this project.    A suggested donation amount would be $150.00, but please feel free to give whatever is in your heart.  We so appreciate any donations, support and prayers for this ministry!
